Fleet Maull, PhD, CMT-P is an author, meditation teacher, and social entrepreneur, who developed Neuro-Somatic Mindfulness (NSM), a deeply embodied, neuroscience and trauma-informed approach to meditation that accelerates healing, integration, and awakening.
